Structural and developmental editing focuses on content. This will include notes about pacing, tone, character development, continuity, and everything else that makes a book tick. This is necessarily somewhat subjective, but having an experienced editor give you unbiased feedback can be invaluable.
Michael will provide one or two passes through the text with notes made on specific things as well as a general write-up at the end of each chapter and a final write-up at the end of the manuscript.
2¢ per word for a single pass and write-ups.

Copy editing, also known as line editing, is essentially the process of making each passage work. It will include grammatical corrections done inline as well as notes made for awkward sentences, word use recommendations, and other similar corrections. It will not address larger issues within the book as a whole.

This is an extremely comprehensive approach. It will include notes on why each mistake is a mistake. If a comma splice is missed, it will be added in, and a note will be added explaining the grammatical principle governing it. This is excellent for those who wish to learn the fine subtleties of the language, but cost will be significant for longer texts due to the time investment. You may choose to include Structural Editing in this option, but the two prices will be added together.
